Network visualizations in NetWalker can be manipulated for better visual representation by node color mapping and automated functional grouping of nodes.
 

A heatmap generated from an Edge Flux table from NetWalk analysis of a microarray dataset. Parts or the whole table can be rendered as a heatmap with desired visual parameters. Individual columns of a EF Table can be used for statistical and numerical processing for added flexibility in analyses.
